The Fixed Assets system ties the Onyx ERP IX systems together by posting to accounts and cost centres, and gives assets the flexibility to move between accounting units, locations or even people.
Key functions
- Define each asset with all its financial and non-financial data.
- Record asset transfers between branches, cost centres, locations or employees.
- Record additions to, reductions of, or disposals of an asset, whether the disposal is by quantity or by value.
- Record depreciation calculations and the adjustments made to them, by quantity or by value.
