Key functions

• Issue barcodes for gold items that include the weight.
• Automatically generate the item's serial number for use across the program's transactions.
• Add the item's photo alongside its data for display in the transactions related to the item.
• Carry out gold and cash receipts, payments and settlement entries, plus stock receipts, issues, transfers and goods receipts.
• Convert scrap gold to new or new to scrap, or convert a production item into a sales item.
• Record the cutting of gold items on both the original piece and the cut-off portion.
• Process gold melting and assaying and bullion production at the weights and karats resulting from the assay, recording the differences.
• Record the handover and receipt of gold by weight and standing karat to the specialists at every stage of gold production and crafting.

• Handle non-gold items (wax, gypsum, boxes, packets, zircon, cases, and any other materials and supplies).
• Handle types of precious stones (diamond, ruby, coral, pearl, zircon, etc.) in receipt, issue, sale and purchase transactions, either tied to the gold or separately from it.
